What are you thankful for? Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year. I sit and ponder all the blessings God has given me over the past year. A tradition every year at our dinner table on Thanksgiving is to go around and everyone shares what they are thankful for. I love to hear everyone sharing and have noticed how the kids have all matured over the years too. I am a couple days behind with my I am thankful posts ( so I am going to catch up tonight)... Nov. 1st - I am thankful for the wonderful husband God gave me. He has a great sense of humor, compassion, love for his family! Nov. 2nd - I am thankful for our women's Bi

A message… Gratititude: the quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful This fall I am taking a class called Choosing Gratitude in our ladies Bible study at church. Let me give you a little background... Each year our church offers 2 sessions for Bible study for ladies on a Tuesday morning. I normally look each description over and make a decision, this year as I was looking them up on the church website I mentioned to my husband the options (something I have not done before). Tearing Tools for scrapbooking Creative Memories has some fun tearing tools for scrapbooking....  They are simple to use.  Just lay down on your paper, firmly hold in place, and then pick up corner of paper and pull along the edge of the tool.  This is great for borders on the page.  It can be made in any width as well. It’s Charlie! Daycare update... Well, school has started and the kids are here before and after school. The mornings consist of a few cartoons, games, breakfast, and 20 minutes of daily reading. They are required to read for 20 minutes a day for school. I go to the library once a week and pull new books for the kids to read.   We then start the process of getting shoes on and getting ready for the bus at about 8:10 a.m. I have learned that certain little girls need a little extra time. You know check our face in the mirror, tie our shoes and oh no the laces are uneven and we have to do it all over again.I
