Excuses, excuses, excuses….
Well, here I am back again with the weekly update for my weight loss.
Week 3: I did well as far as watching what I was eating and felt good. I kept watching my scale at home and was smiling all week. Then Friday weigh in day came and I was going out of town for the weekend and couldn’t go. (I didn’t plan well in order to get the weigh in done on another day). I went on the getaway and ate pretty good.
Week 4: Spent the week trying to catch up on life and taking care of sick family members. I got a little busy on Friday and lost track of time which ended up with me not leaving when I would need to go in and weigh in. Bad excuse I know.
This week I am doing much better and WILL weigh in on Friday! Praying I will have a weight loss this week.
Struggle for me is exercise! Tonight I plan on watching TV and using my treadmill.
